2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bausi P.S. Case No. 161 of 2023 instituted under Sections 363, 366 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim and Rahul @ Mitthu have solemnized their marriage. The petitioner is the brother-in-law of the main accused Rahul @ Mitthu.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks
