2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 176 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2023 and there is recovery of 65 litres of mahua liquor from his possession.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54556 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Spl. Excise Court No. 01, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 176 of 2023.

The petitioner will visit Delha Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
