2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 353, 224, 332, 354 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
As per the prosecution case in brief is that on 18.03.2024, a raid was conducted in the house of co-accused Ajay Kumar where huge quantity of Nepali Saufi liquor was recovered and all the F.I.R. named accused including this petitioner was arrested. Later on, family members as well as local persons started scuffling with the police force for leaving all the apprehended five accused persons including this petitioner and this petitioner succeed to flee. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent. There is no recovery of illicit liquor from the possession of this petitioner. 5.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submits that petitioner was also involved in creating disturbance in discharging the official duty of the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also nature of accusation against this petitioner, this anticipatory bail petition stands rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Ranjeet/- U T
