2. Mr. Sumit Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that against the impugned order, petitioner has preferred appeal/revision before respondent no.1 on 30.10.2023 and the same is pending since then, which has led to filing of the present writ petition.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that he has received instruction that appeal/revision of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12678 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 the petitioner which has been filed on 30.10.2023 will be soon considered and final decision will be taken within a period of four weeks.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has availed appeal/revision before appropriate authority, I don't find to interfere in any manner. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may appear before the authority concerned and place his case, to be finally disposed of in accordance with law.
