The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted with dagger on the hand of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury report is not on record. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the
