In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direction upon the respondents as to allow joining of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher at Rajkiya Prathmik Vidyayla, Duhauna, within Kateya Block of District-Gopalganj in pursuance to the order dated 29.12.2010, passed by the District Teachers
Patna High Court CWJC No.16018 of 2012 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj, as contained in Memo No. 3268 dated 31.12.2010 and also for direction upon the authorities concerned to pay the honorarium to the petitioner from the date of her initial appointment i.e. ,15.03.2007 till date and all other consequential benefits.
The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj, for redressal of her grievance under Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rule, 2015. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
