The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 34 of the Indian penal Code.
Prosecution case is that in the back ground of land dispute the accused persons assaulted the informant and other family members.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the back ground of the land dispute a proceeding under section 144 Cr.P.C. was initiated. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53743 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 accusation leveled against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant with iron rod and stick. The injury has been found to be simple in nature.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two securities of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 298 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
