The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 825/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/341/323/354/427/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against one Saurabh Singh and not the present petitioner.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16523 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 825/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
