The petitioner is accused in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 382 of 2016, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation petitioner was apprehended mere on suspicion showing recovery of Rs. 17,000/- from the house of the petitioner. Further submission is that while informant has detailed the physic of the culprits and claimed to identify them on seeing again, but petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. while petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8186 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 382 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
