The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in connection with Tariyani PS case no. 85 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he helped in disposal of the body and he is a villager. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is a villager and there is no allegation of assault and demand of dowry against the petitioner. The only allegation is that he had helped other accused in disposal of the dead body. Heard learned A.P.P.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52081 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions advanced, let the abovenamed petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani PS case no. 85 of 2016 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
