2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event, no accusation of assault has been attributed to the petitioner who is merely said to have taken away a gold locket of 25 grams from the neck of the informant which is mere embellishment. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appearing suo motu has been heard. It is submitted on behalf of the informant that a perusal of the FIR discloses that all the accused persons including the petitioner who were armed with iron rod, lathi and butt of the pistol started assaulting the informant and his brother. It is further submitted that the injuries sustained by them are grievous in nature and on vital part of the body as evident from the order dated 09.07.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/- U T
