The petitioners seek bail in Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 296/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The police raided the house of both the petitioners who happen to be brothers and recovered 10 litres each of countrymade liquor from the house of both the petitioners besides liquid and other manufacturing articles.

It is submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in jail since 24.12.2016. The petitioners have already remained in jail for about two and half months for

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 296/2016.
