Petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.39C of 2017, registered for the offences u/s 323, 498A of the IPC and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioners surrenders before the learned
