Considering the facts stated in this application and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below by the order dated 12.07.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.17972 of 2016 is extended by 21st of October, 2016 from today. This application is allowed to the aforementioned extent only.
