JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It has been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.2.2017. She has no criminal antecedent.
It is alleged that 35 bottles of country made liquor containing 300 ml. has been recovered from tea stall of this petitioner.
In such circumstances since petitioner is a lady and she has clean antecedent, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14608 of 2017 (2) dt.21-04-2017 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Distt.
