The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mejarganj P.S. (Suppi O.P) Case No.125 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 in which she has stated that out of her own sweet will about a year ago she married the petitioner and is carrying pregnancy of eight months, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
