The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 197/2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the name of the present petitioners have surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police which has no evidentiary value and also because there is no recovery from their premises, let the petitioners abovenamed in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned 4th
