Sanjay, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press the writ application, as three revision cases (actually appeals) have been filed before the Tribunal and other appeals are pending before the Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Appeals), but seeks a direction for the early disposal of the said appeals.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3267 of 2015 (9) dt.02-11-2015 In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respective Appellate Authorities to consider and dispose of the appeals of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
