The petitioner seeks bail in Kawakole (Rupou) P.S. Case No. 156/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 57 litres of country made liquor and 3 litres of country made foreign liquor were recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 23.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for two and half months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial
