The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 21.08.2021 passed in measurement case no. 05 of 2020-21 passed by respondent D.C.L.R., Khagaria as well as for quashing of the order dated 07.09.2011 in Land Dispute Redressal Case No. 47 of 2011 passed by D.C.L.R., Khagaria.

3. Counsel for the State vehemently opposes the prayer and submits that the statutory remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner.

4. In this background, the present writ application stands disposed of directing the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal challenging the order of Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Khagaria.
