JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent-Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna in the backdrop of its order dated 22.04.2014 with a prayer for further indulgence to make payment of the due amount.
