2. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2017 in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the alleged recovery of 68 litres of liquor as admittedly the recovery is from the fodder room of Bhagat Sah. No recovery whatsoever has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Be that as it may, having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody since 28.02.2017 already suffered, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
