In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 for offence under Sections 25(1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.
The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court with a prayer for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 27066 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 14.7.2016 rejected the bail of the petitioner. From the First Information Report, it appears that the petitioner and others were involved in the manufacturing of guns and they use to supply the same to the Nuxalite party. This Court does not find any merit in this application
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9449 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 and, accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Vidhyanand Vishwakarma is rejected.
The present application stands dismissed.
