The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 30.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35104 of 2016 to extend the period of surrendering of the petitioner in the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner fell ill as he was suffering from Dengue.

Considering the facts that the petitioner could not surrender in the court on account of his illness, the period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for three weeks from today.

Accordingly, the modification petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
