The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 299 of 2017 for the office registered under Sections 307, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against others and not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail
