It appears from the record that for the same set of land in question, the petitioners have jointly filed title suit no. 110 of 2018 for declaration of their right, title, interest over the land in question and also for declaration that sale deed no. 2879 dated 29.07.1982 and sale deed no. 3059 dated 16.08.1986 in favour of private respondents, who were defendant 2nd set in the aforesaid title suit and the said title suit was dismissed for latches on the part of the petitioners long back in the year 2020 and after dismissal of the title suit no. 110 of 2018, the petitioner has moved before this Hon'ble Court for the same set of land which was the subject matter of the aforesaid title suit no. 110 of 2018.

In view of the aforesaid, no case is made out for the interference of this Court.
