1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail by order dated 29.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.68146 of 2022 after framing of charge.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner stands framed on 14.07.2023 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56441 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 counel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dhaka P. S. Case No.266 of 2022.

6. The application stands allowed.

7. However, in the event, if the learned trial Court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after being released on bail is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.
