====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-08-2016 Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel who was assisted by Sri Birendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP No. 7.

This is a peculiar case in which the petitioner has approached this court invoking its writ jurisdiction with a prayer to direct the respondents to pay his salary which has not been paid since 1995.

In the writ petition certain documents have been brought on record however nothing has been indicated as to whether after the month of September 1997 the petitioner has discharged any duty or not.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10295 of 2011 (17) dt.11-08-2016 2/2 In this case counter affidavit has also been filed. In the writ petition no plausible explanation has been given as to why he has approached this court after such a long time. In view of non -availability of specific material on record regarding approaching this court belatedly, I do not find any ground to pass favourable order.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
