The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amended) Act, 2016.

Country made liquor and some other materials were, allegedly, recovered from the house of the petitioner. Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on
