This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 4 and 5 of the Price Cheating & Money Circulating Scheme Act, 1978.

The petitioner claims to be Assistant Manager of Amulya Sanchaya Producer Co. Ltd. Having it office at Muzaffarpur. According to first information report when office of the petitioner was inspected by the Circle Oficer, Musahri, Muzaffarpur, who is informant of the case. He doubted the genuineness and bonafide of the office.
