2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., some unknown miscreants committed theft of two motorcycle of informant, out of which, one of the stolen motorcycle i.e. Bullet has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
