JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in connection with Guraru P.S. case no. 14 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he was making illicit relationship with the informant and except that, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and by perusing the F.I.R. which shows that specific allegation has been alleged against the petitioner, let the abovenamed petitioner be surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45534 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 below after considering this aspect that no overt act has been committed by the petitioner, pass appropriate order on his bail application without being prejudiced by this Court. With these observations, this bail application is disposed of.
