The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 376 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the allegations set out in the FIR submits that the relationship was consensual as is reflected form the statement of the informant herself and that it is on the alleged refusal by the petitioner to marry which has resulted in institution of the case. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegations and the circumstances existing, let the petitioner Narendra Kumar Suman in the event of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55225 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani and/or the court concerned in connection with Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
