2. It is a matrimonial dispute. The petitioner is brother of the husband of the informant. The husband is admittedly residing in Dubai in connection with his job. The petitioner and other family members are residing in the village. While granting the bail to the petitioner, the learned court below imposed a condition that if the victim will go to her sasural then accused person would not disturb her otherwise his bail bond would be canceled automatically.

3. The condition is modified to the extent that if any

No.54465 of 2022(3) dt.12-09-2023 2/2 situation arises in future, which would show that the victim was disturbed in her matrimonial house by the petitioner, then before passing any order in respect of cancellation of his bail, he should not be deprived of the opportunity of being heard.

4. With these observations, this criminal miscellaneous petition stand disposed of.
