They apprehend arrest in Bangaon P S Case No. 5 of 2015 under sections 323, 406, 468, 471, 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that uncle of the informant sold some property to the purchaser petitioner No.2, which did not belong to his share.
Submission of the counsel for the petitioners is that the seller has already been granted anticipatory bail. Keeping in mind the nature of the transaction, let the petitioners Hari Nandan Sah and Abdul Matin, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be
