The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jogapatti (Nawalpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.134 off 2017 registered under Sections 143, 188, 341, 384, 386, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
From perusal of the ferdbeyan, it appears that there is omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others that they have abused the family of the informant and threatened them of dire consequences. There is dispute in between the party in connection with the right, title and possession over certain land of Khesra No.1605.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13779 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 this Court to the fact that the petitioner and informant are agnate. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah in connection with Jogapatti (Nawalpur O.P.)
