03-05-2017 Heard Smt. Rina Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014 registered for offence under Sections 17, 18, 21, 22, 27A of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, 1959. By reasoned order, earlier his prayer for bail was rejected on 17-11-2016, vide Cr. Misc. No. 21434 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since long and as such, it is a fit case for grant of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, particularly;

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20534 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 the detailed order dated 17-11-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21434 of 2016, there is no reason to entertain the present petition. The prayer for bail again stands rejected.
