This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Tatarpur (University) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act, 1981. During investigation, it was found that in place of petitioner, another person was appearing in the ITI examination. Since the petitioner is the beneficiary, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
