Petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2016 in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 425 of 2016 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b), 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused, Chandan Kumar, has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 44158 of 2016. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last eight months. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7780 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 425 of 2016.
