Mr.Md. Matloob Rab ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offecne Act, 2012.

The prosecution case in short is that while the father of the informant was at his home, the accused persons came there and pressed his mouth. It is also alleged that father of the informant was assaulted by sickle, as a result of which, father of the informant sustained injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52198 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 02-07-2019. Allegation of assault is alleged against co-accused Akalu, Sarfaraz and Shoaib. Petitioners are ladies. No allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners. So far offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code is concerned, same is denied by the petitioners.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019.
