Petitioner is accused in connection with Rail P.S. Sonepur Case No. 84 of 2016 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused Dhiraj Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 7794 of 2017. Petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2016, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4931 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Railway Sonpur, Saran in connection with Sonpur Rail P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016.
