This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 307, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is dispute relating to tenancy between the parties. The petitioner, who is tenant, caused burn injury to the informant land lord.

Submission of the petitioner is that superficial injuries have been found which have been fabricated just to pressurize for forceful vacation of the premise by the petitioner-tenant.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52656 of 2016 (6) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 connection with Chowk, Patna City P.S. Case No. 96 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
