The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn with an observation that if petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner in accordance with law, but the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned court below and he filed the instant anticipatory bail application.

From perusal of the materials available on record, I am not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail
