JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 393/307/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act. A live cartridge was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner and co-accused Munna Kumar having similar allegation has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 17632 of 2017 on 04.05.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20566 of 2017 (3) dt.19-06-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal/Successor Court, in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.29 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
