The petitioner is accused in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 327 of 2016, registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather, his name was surfaced in the confessional statement of Prabhat Manjhi, except that there is nothing on the record to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6289 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 327 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
