This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The first information report was lodged on missing of Preety Kumari. The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have kidnapped her. The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code vide Annexure 3 has not alleged any kidnapping or abduction by any one.

Considering the statement of the victim-girl, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 160 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Darbhanga, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
