The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.434 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148,149, 341, 323, 354, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64365 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/3 submits that petitioner no.5, namely, Balbodh Yadav @ Balbodh Prasad Yadav @ Balbodh Rai has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.5, namely, Balbodh Yadav @ Balbodh Prasad Yadav @ Balbodh Rai is concerned.

So far as petitioner nos.1, 2, 3 and 4, namely, Rambalak Yadav @ Rambalak Kumar, Shiv Balak Yadav @ Shiv Balak Kumar, Praveen Yadav @ Praveen Kumar Yadav and Pandav Yadav @ Pandav Kumar are concerned, considering the allegation against them, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, namely, Rambalak Yadav @ Rambalak Kumar, Shiv Balak Yadav @ Shiv Balak Kumar, Praveen Yadav @ Praveen Kumar Yadav and Pandav Yadav @ Pandav Kumar, in the event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at
