JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 448,341,323,354B and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the informant, his son and wife and snatching gold chain and ear ring of the wife of the informant. It is further alleged that the accused persons entered into the house of the informant and took away two lacs rupees. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. There is counter

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 167 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
