Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Scorpio of the informant was looted by some unknown criminals. The vehicle was lying near a line hotel and the petitioner and another was sleeping therein, hence, they were apprehended.
The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Since the investigation is closed now, there is no need for further detention of the petitioner, hence, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7678 of 2017 (4) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur/successor Court in connection with Trial No. 3942 of 2016 arising out of Kudhani Police Station Case No. 108 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
