JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Basantpur Police Station Case No. 130 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 308, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the petitioners have criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of anticipatory bail.
This application for anticipatory bail, is hereby, rejected.

No.42357 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 The petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
